Terms & Refund Policy
Organizer
Tickets are sold by Nexus Lifestyle, a Belgian company legally established in Belgium.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in euros and include Belgian VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Tickets & Participation
Purchasing a ticket grants access to the specific event on the stated date and location.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless prior written approval is granted by the organizer.
Please ensure all personal details are entered correctly during purchase, as tickets may be used for access verification.
Cancellation by the Participant
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If the participant cancels or does not attend the event, the ticket is forfeited without refund or compensation.
This exemption from the right of withdrawal is permitted under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (leisure services scheduled for a specific date).
Cancellation or Change by the Organizer
If the organizer cancels or substantially modifies the event (such as date, venue, or program), participants will be personally informed.
In such a case, the participant may choose between: a full refund of the ticket price, or
transferring the ticket to a future edition of the event.
The organizer will not be responsible for any additional costs such as flights, accommodation, or travel arrangements.
Liability
The organizer cannot be held liable for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, natural events, illness, or unforeseen government restrictions in the host country.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings during the event.
Photography & Media
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photos or recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.
If a participant prefers not to appear in such materials, they should inform the organizer in writing prior to the event.
Applicable Law
This sale and participation are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, only the courts of the district where Nexus Lifestyle is legally established shall have jurisdiction.
